These Terms govern your use of SpareWise, operated by Next App Factory LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
By downloading or using SpareWise, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
SpareWise helps you record and review personal spending. Scanned and suggested values are a convenience and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing each transaction for accuracy. SpareWise is not accounting, tax or financial advice.
SpareWise Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, with a free trial on the yearly plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, subject to their terms and refund policies.
The free version of SpareWise displays ads served by third parties such as Google AdMob, subject to their terms. SpareWise Pro removes ads.
Your transactions and receipt images are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any backups or exports you create.
The SpareWise app, code and design are the property of Next App Factory LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next App Factory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SpareWise, including reliance on any scanned amount, category or report.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
